Stockport Championships 2025

SMASHED IT!! 2 Champions & 53 Medals in one day!!

Our MGC girls travelled to Stockport School of Gymnastics  this weekend for the SSOG Easter Championships 2025,  Lots of new skills from our girls around the apparatus, for many this was the first competition at the next level up and they brought their A game.

After a fun long day of competition these 16 girls brought home an staggering 53 Medals and 2 Overall Champion Trophies, 12 being for  for individual apparatus titles.

TIN AGED 9

Oliva Rose Heap = 1^st Bars, 3^rd Vault and 3^rd Overall

ZINC AGED 9&10

Heidi Spencer Banister = 1^st on Floor

Mya Pawson = 2^nd Vault

Neve Burns = 3^rd Beam, 2^nd Floor and 2^nd Overall

COPPER AGED 11&12

Brooke Aston = 1^st Bars, 1^st Beam,3^rd Vault and 2^nd Overall (Team Silver)

COPPER AGED 13

Eden Woolley – 3^rd Bars, 2^nd Vault and 3^rd Overall (Team Silver)

Maizie Richardson = 1^st Vault (Team Silver)

COPPER AGED 15+

Maisie Leach = 3^rd Bars (Team Silver)

BRONZE AGED 11

Isla Bradley = 2^nd Bars, 1^st Floor, 3^rd Vault and 3^rd Overall (Team Silver)

BRONZE AGED 13&14

Ava Beaumont = 2^nd Bars, 1^st Beam, 3^rd Floor, 3^rd Vault = Overall Champion (Team Bronze)

Alex Kozlowska = 3^rd Bars, 3^rd Beam,3^rd Floor, 2^nd Vault and 3^rd Overall (Team Bronze)

Lacie Beard = 2^nd Beam, 2^nd Floor, 1^st Vault (Team Bronze)



BRONZE AGED 15+

Olivia Richardson = 2^nd Bars, 2^nd Beam, 1^st Floor, 2^nd vault and 2^nd Overall (Team Silver)

Henrietta Adamson = 1^st Bars, 1^st Beam, 3^rd Floor, 1^st Vault = Overall Champion (Team Silver)
